I work mostly in Unity3d (a game engine) but have also worked with Unreal Engine. My specialty is creating server/client architecture with authoritative game servers, web API's for communication, and thin clients for game play. I'm available to consult, architect, design, create prototypes/proof of concept/MVPs, implement your small project, and use my studio to complete larger projects. Here are a few of the more notables ones: * Forge: Multiplayer arena game with MOO style abilities using Unreal Engine 3. Used authoritative game servers and web services with a MS SQL Server DB for matchmaking and user state. * Odeum: Role-playing game platform built with Unity3D to be deployed to Mobile tablet (iOS/Android), PC, WebGL, and Google Cardboard VR. Game data was stored in the cloud using WebAPI, AWS, and MySQL DB. * Forge: Ymil’s Revenge: Multiplayer PC side scrolling game built with Unity3D. Unity clients connected to authoritative game servers for physics, score, and kills. Used webservices and MySQL for stats, purchases, and matchmaking. * GameSlam: A multiplayer sports predicting game that won ESPN’s Best New App award. Built with Unity3D to be deployed on iOS, Android, Unity Web plugin, PC, and Facebook. In App purchases, custom purchase handling, and Facebook credits where used for micro transactions. A custom game server and web services were created for game authority, connecting to real-time sports stats, and user state. * Chaotic: The online version of the Trading Card Game and Saturday morning cartoon with the same name, Chaotic allowed trading cards to be uploaded to our servers and then matched and played against other players. My work was on the actual Unity3D game client. Let me know how I can help make your project a success!
