(Australia) I assist compliance managers to audit/call monitor calls ,between financial advisers and client under a general advice insurance, this is to make sure the call is in accordance with the ASIC regulations. I have advance understanding of insurance policies in Australia for Life, IP, TPD and Trauma cover, and familiar with 10 insurers in the country and planning to take a diploma for para planning.
I have 4 years experience in this field and counting. I offer my service part time and over the weekends, Saturday, Sunday or at night, depends on the number of audit calls and due dates.
