I worked as a Production Personnel in a Semiconductor Company for 22 years. All those long years of my stay, I would say that I learned the value of hard work, integrity, paying attention to details, and honesty. I may not have that many skills needed, but I firmly believe that what I have gained for long years of experience is enough to have the right attitude towards work. As they say, " you don't hire for skills, you hire for attitude. You can always teach skills". I also have a year or so of experience working in an office, and that year of stay teaches me a lot about office management. I am also a volunteer Church worker wherein it teaches me a lot to become selfless and put the highest value in everything I do.

 

Currently, I am undergoing Technical training wherein it teaches me everything I need to know about working freelance and everything about Virtual Assistant. This learning will help me broaden my knowledge and experience in a freelancing world.

 

 I have the "can-do" attitude whenever given multiple or tedious tasks. I can adapt to a new environment and am always willing to learn new skills needed by my client. I am a very detailed person and make clarifications on some points in a methodical way. I always make sure to deliver quick results and accurate output.

 

 I have a lot more to learn in this fast-paced industry. I am open to every bit of experience that I would gain as I explore the world of freelancing. I am more than willing to make corrections as constructive, listen well, and follow instructions just as given.
