Working in a Real Estate as Sales, Marketing and Admin Coordinator for 9 years gave me and taught me a lot of experience and skills. I learned how to deal with people in different walks of life, it taught me how to level up myself and put my self in their shoe to know what strategy to use in dealing with them. It helped me develop and build my Customer Service Skills. Since I was working in the Marketing Department, I am the one responsible for making Flyers, Tarpaulins, Invitations, Ads and any other related marketing tools, for both online and offline which will be used as promotional tools. I learned how to do it in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and any other photo editing tools and applications. I have also a basic Video Editing skill using Video Maker, but now I am learning Adobe Premiere to advance my knowledge. I am knowledgable in using MS Office Applications like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Lately, I also learned how to use Google Sheets and Docs. In Marketing, we post and send our Ads online thru Email, Facebook and Website to tap our target sellers to market our products and tap our prospective buyers especially those who are working abroad that doesn't have a time to look at Real Estate Properties physically. These helped me build my Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing Skills. Being an employee also taught me to multi-task, to research, to find solutions on my own whenever my boss is not around to help me. From there, I learned how to manage task on my own without any supervision. I still have a lot of hidden skills that need to be showcased and encountered. I am also willing and thriving to learn more.
