I am a UK-based, freelance translator and proofreader who works from German into English. I specialise in advertising, marketing and PR translations, but I am also in my element when working on any project that pertains to the more "creative" side of language, such as literary pieces, video scripts and general colloquial dialogue. These are all much more open-ended than technical or legal projects, for example, and require a deft hand when it comes to crafting an enjoyable, readable text in English. I am flexible and able to work at almost any time of the day or week, and any client of mine can rest easy in the knowledge their project will be well translated, thoroughly checked and expediently returned in a manageable format.
