Over 5+ years of experience when it comes to writing grants from idea conception to final draft. Approved over six grant proposals so far mainly for USAID, related to minority conflicts, ethnic disputes, gender bias, and youth development. Grant Proposal writing is a tedious and time consuming process that requires a lot of back and forth with grant awarding authorities. Working with USAID and other NGOs like Plan Canada, Red Cross and Word Vision I have accumulated a wealth of experience when it comes to developing grant proposals to fund activities in impoverished areas around the world. If you are an NGO with a great idea on how to improve the conditions within your society but lack the necessary resources or funds, then getting approved for a grant might be the only way to turn that idea into reality. Drafting a grant proposal is no easy task. It requires comprehensive research as well as proper budgeting to ensure that grant money is utilized in the most effective manner possible. This is why any grant proposal that I write is formulated towards meting the requirements of the funding agency first. Once the first draft is accepted than a fully fledged proposal is developed with appropriate forecasted budgets and detailed costing. It also requires extensive research both in terms of presenting the problem and the solution. I only write grant proposals for trusted organizations that have a clear mission statement and are passionate and focused on trying to make the world or the society around them a better place to co-exist.
