I'm a well trained and experienced "Yoga, Meditation & Counselling" teacher & I have been teaching Hatha yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga for 4 years.  Some of the key medical purposes which I help people are mentioned below :
