I am a nurse who has over 20 years of experience in health care include bedside nursing, working with the trauma registry, eligibility and enrollment for VA benefits, compensation and pension, utilization management/review. I am most passionate about process improvement, quality improvement, chart reviews, customer satisfaction, training, determinations of medical necessity and appropriateness as well as other processes in health care delivery. My goal is to utilize my skills and expertise to assist health care providers and organizations improve both functionally and financially.
