Hands on working experience in documentation and implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System, Leading and successfully planned and certified against surveillance audit; advising corrective & preventive actions for system non-conformance control. - Establishing an effective HSE Infrastructure for various sites of the Company. - Implementation of Work Permit Procedure, Control Procedure for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Accident Reporting and Investigation Procedure and Routine Safety Audit Procedure. - Detailed Investigation of Incidents/accidents, root cause analysis and suggesting recommendations for preventing recurrence. - Establishing safety-training program for emergency response; fire fighting equipment, techniques and fire prevention; use of PPE’s; operating construction equipment; safe use of hand and power tools; material handling including acids, chemicals and hazardous gases; portable ladders and scaffolds; defensive driving. - Hands on working experience in documentation and implementation of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, Leading and successfully planned and certified against pre-surveillance & surveillance audit; advising corrective & preventive actions both for product & system non-conformance control. - Carrying out Quality Control and Assurance activities of 150 Shell sites, Depot installations, Satellite labs & distribution chain. - Can make process flow charts and designs of all types on Microsoft Visio.
