Bioinformatics plotting and polishing for high-end journals
Generate high-end bioinformatics plots on demand from tabular data or raw sequencing data to SVG/PDF plots or figure panels.
Based on the data type, the client data will be processed by bash/python/R or specific bioinformatics software. The raw plots will be polished in Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator to produce the final plots/panels that are suitable for high-impact journals. If necessary, the plots will be coupled with schematics for better scientific illustration.
