I bring over 6 years of experience in C-level administrative support, as well as entrepreneurial experience in handling all aspects of office management. In the role of Executive Assistant at my previous jobs, I wore many hats – coordinator, logistics manager, executive administrative assistant, travel planner, staff liaison, client relationship builder and scheduling coordinator, in a fast paced, exciting environment. I was part of a great team and the company experienced tremendous growth and success. I am highly experienced at both Domestic and International travel planning and booking. Able to handle all aspects including but not limited to visas, transportation, accommodation and meeting planning. I most recently moved into a position as a Project Manager in the construction industry where I lead multiple teams on varied job sites to completion. During that time I implemented an international Logistics company to streamline the building process by eliminating the middle man for building materials. I’m proud of my accomplishments there, but I’m ready for more professional challenges and exciting opportunities.
