I have an MBA (Cum Laude) combined with 20 years of HR and business experience, which has really assisted in crafting professional and insightful content for clients across a range of industries.I am also in the process of launching a freelancing platform in South Africa. Although this has been a daunting and difficult exercise, it has given me unique insights into how individuals and organisations quantify value within this space - hopefully I'll be able to pass some of these learnings on to you! I have been running my own business since 2010 focusing on coaching, recruitment, exit interviews and other ad hoc HR projects. I have also written a number of articles and assisted with content development for various clients.
