Apart from my HR profession, I have a flair towards writing shorts and articles on varying topics. During my academic days, I held the position of Public Relations officer and President for the News & Publishing club which led a team of 30 students involved in campus branding activities and specialized in media publications (both print and broadcast). In my professional life, I have healthy experience in designing and executing events related to employee engagement and have been a core member of the internal communications team. My experience in various HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, General HR Operations, Compliance matters, Analytics and business dashboard creation over the years lend to my present role as a business partner.
