My key job responsibilities during my career have been partnering with business and enhancing workforce retention, manpower budgeting, ensuring staff wellness, and employee engagement. Have led the Corporate HR team for 4000+ employees and HR Analytics 65K+ employees across PAN India.

I have been part of the Corporate HR functions including Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Compliance, Talent acquisition, Employee On-boarding & Exit management, Payroll, Background Verification and develop talent strategies that will enrich organization value through people.

Have been managing the HRMS system for the entire Organization. I have also implemented the HRMS system (Oracle, ZOHO). Also managed other HRMS systems namely PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, FormulaHR & other in-house developed applications.
