PyramidEdge Consulting- A small agency based out of Utah that primarily focuses on assisting small businesses with growing their team and building a better, more stable business. I'm Trinidy Johnson, a US Air Force veteran with over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. I work with growing businesses to provide expert HR assistance in recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee management.

We specialize in startup and growing business that may not be able to afford and HR team, and business who understand that there is still value is reduced pricing, and want to outsource their HR to invest money in other areas of their business. We are simply here to help your agency grow!

All clients are managed with the assistance of HR administrators and recruiters- assisting in ensuring that tasks are completed according to the expectations outlined, quickly and accurately. This does not mean you pay for additional manpower to get your task completed. It just means your work will be done right the first time, we will show up ready to work each day, communication will be continuous and prompt, and you will receive above and beyond service on your project. We have repeated clientele and a 4.9 rating! We act as in-house, W-2 employees in everything we do, so most of our clients' employees have no idea that we are a third party.

What makes my team unique is that we collectively put our focus on your project, reducing production time on projects, high volume recruiting, auditing, and policy drafting.  We have over 35 years of experience collectively  in all aspects of HR to Include:

  • Policies Development-

    Through our HR policy development services, we help clients maintain compliance and handle complex situations through regulation

  • Recruitment- 

    We offer full-time, temporary, as well as part-time staffing solutions to clients. 

    We tailor OJT programs as well as processes WOTC incentives.

  • Payroll Administration- 

    Produce paychecks, handle nationwide taxes,

     & manage sick time & vacation time.

  • Training and Development- 

    We offer specialized HR improvement interventions to assist clients in optimizing the productivity of their workforce
  • Employee Management- 

    We will be there to answer any questions or concerns your employees may have.

  • Performance Management system- 

    We help clients get the best out of their employees by implementing a robust, well-designed performance management process.

  • HR Statutory Compliances- 

    We help clients ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as labor laws.
