Qualifications: B.Tech Production Engineeing, MSc Fluid Power Engineering, University of Bath, UK with 4 years experience in Hydraulic System, Cylinder & Power Pack design. - Can provide custom made cylinders (upto 800mm Bore & 10,800mm stroke) & HPU's manufactured by our factory in Mumbai - Looking to tie up with Manufacturers trying to enter the Indian market - We provide hydraulic system design for applications ranging from Jack Up Barges, Split Barges, Pile guiding structures, Vertical/Radial Dam Gates, Self propelled Access Platforms, Construction Equipment etc. - Design of full flow and Load Sensed systems utilising Open Loop and Closed Loop circuit architectures - Design of different hydrostatic drive transmissions: Parallel, Series-Parallel, track drive etc to achieve your speed and torque requirements. Selection of hydraulic motor type, displacement, gearbox type and ratio etc. - Assistance during the R&D stage by rigging your machine up with pressure and flow sensors and providing valuable test data to ensure the circuit performs as per expectations. - Help you identify suppliers for the different components. We do not represent any Hydraulic OEM and therefore have only your interests in mind. - We will select and specify all system components as per your budget and requirements.
