· Specific Services on this platform – iSeries security assessments, environment documentation, staff augmentation, oncall support, upgrade and/or migrations, audit uplifts, staff training · Installation and Upgrade support – Our team will come in and evaluate your current infrastructure. Determine and plan your new installation or upgrade of existing products. We will manage the project, coordinate testing with infrastructure staff, perform the installation and followup when product is live. Our support team can do this either on a one on one basis or as a running support contract when future upgrades are needed. We will maintain and manage any issues or questions during the project with the vendor. · Steady State Support – Our staff is trained in providing ongoing steady state support after your System i applications are live. We will provide monitoring, problem ticket response, initial troubleshooting, problem escalation, and after-action followup. Our goal is to combine any or all of your Information products and provide you with a single point of support contact. · Architecture Support – Our team of architects will perform evaluations of your infrastructure and products in use for your environment. We will then put together a plan for best practices, infrastructure upgrades, support concerns, and other recommendations for the best operation of your environment and protection of vital data. We have provided this service on an adhoc basis or as an ongoing resource for larger environments. · Pre-Sales Support – Our team also provides pre-sales consulting. Rather than performing evaluations and POCs with vendors who are determined to sell you their products, OnTech will provide support and evaluation of products that are being considered by the client, question the vendor as it relates to your environment, assist and evaluate product during proof of concept phase, and dete
