Shahid has provided excellent service in an critical project with a short timeline in a product we have very little experience in. We provided the infrastructure for a complete Maximo install and he completed within our proposed schedule. The time zone difference between us was somewhat concerning, but he proved to work outside of his regular working hours to meet our goals. He was very knowledgeable in the IBM installation and troubleshooting procedures, even when it didn't seem to make any sense. We hope to have more Maximo work in the future as we propose a solution for one of our customers, and if we do I will surely keep Shahid in mind as we look for an expert resource.
