Servicing Immigration Clients Worldwide. Prepare and draft a wide range of petitions, Employment & Family Based, also VAWA and Naturalization, including, but not limited to: N-400, I-140, I-130, I-129F, VAWA/I-360, E2, EB1, EB2, EB3, EB5, and O1 Petitions; I-485, I-765, and I-751 Applications. Draft appropriate documentation, affidavits, letters and all supplementary forms for the U.S.C.I.S. and D.H.S.; conduct client intake, and maintain communication with clients throughout the process to provide advice, address questions, and concerns.
