Immigration Law experience. Ability to assist from simple data entry to completing case packages relating to Immigration Family Law such as but not limited to Affirmative Asylum, Employment Authorization's, Petition for Alien Relative, De-escalation Letter, Reschedule Immigration Appointments/Interviews and prepare Immigration Court Notice of Filings and Motion for Continuance.
