I am a UK native and have spent 8 years living and working in Australia. Now based in SEA as a full time freelancer. I have been an ERP systems trainer and instructional designer since 2008. I was previously an Oracle / ERP functional consultant so can offer a high level of understanding around business process and systems functionality. 3. I am a keen designer who can develop training materials in Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, UPK, Flare and various other software packages. I also have extensive experience working with, and maintaining, Learning Management Systems. And I can develop and deliver content for webinar using Citrix GoToTraining. I am fast and efficient. I always focus on writing clear, simple instructions. And I make my training engaging and interesting. I also have several years experience in the broader L&D role including training strategy/planning and most aspects of Change Management (PROSCI)
