I have managed the complete Learning and Development Operations Life Cycle from needs assessment and contracting to evaluation and post-launch activities. I have created, managed, and conducted face-to-face and remote classroom training in addition to e-Learning and blended courses on a global basis. A standard aspect of my role has been working with shared resources and subject matter experts.
