Based on the ADDIE model and adult learning theory, I design, develop, and deliver engaging and dynamic, learner-focused training materials or programs, public service infographics and schematics, or job aids to staff to facilitate knowlege transfer for individuals or groups, or for implementation of initiatives to support the business objectives of my clients.
