I can design and edit the PDF form in following manner— * Making & Designing PDF form from scratch, Ms-Word/Excel, Coreldraw, Illustrator, Indesign, Pagemaker and PDF documents * Setting radio button, check boxes, drop down menus on the form * Integrating Images, Header/Footer and Logo * Setting Save, Print, Email, submit buttons * I can set emails to TO, CC, BCC, SUBJECT, BODY in email submit button. * PDF form with auto calculations * Setting the protection for not copying, extraction of pages and making the template from file. * Merging more then 1 PDF's into one, explitt exiting PDF in different PDF's
