• Having over 25 years experience in International Trading, Business Development, Consultancy covering sectors including Automobile & Parts, Construction Equipment & Parts, Auto Logistics, Agricultural Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Airports-Aviation, Ports & Telecom. • Have experience in International Tender business, Liaison activities with concerned Ministry /Government departments/Banks/Funding agencies, Techno-Commercial interaction with Private/Government sector companies. • Developing Dealer-Distributor marketing channel, doing Market Research, Brand development, Marketing-Sales-Advertisement-Sales Promotion strategies. • Experienced in setting up/exiting of Joint Venture establishment, Identification of suitable Local Partner candidates, involved in handling of related legal-commercial issues for such JV’s. • Interaction with Tax Consultants, Law firms, Bankers for such works. • Experienced in arranging various Statutory approvals, Government clearances for products of Foreign Principals. • Formulating Sales Budget Projections & implementation of plans. • Planned & Implemented Business Strategies and carry out Market Assessment & Procuring related intelligence, including Vendor Development. • Interaction with Automobile, Construction equipment makers, dealers, Shipping Lines, Logistic service providers, Freight Forwarders, Customs House Agents, Transporters, Inland Container Depot operators, Exporters- Importers-Buying houses, Warehousing solution companies, Port authorities, Airport operators, Airline companies , Ground handling support companies, concerned Ministry officials. • Can helin structuring of their business in India & was involved from concept/inception stage , in all stages of establishment of their Liaison Office(LO) in New Delhi.. • Involved in Liaison activities with regard to their existing/new customers, Government agencies, banks, legal & financial consultants . • Establishing & monitoring of Pre-shipment inspection procedures for overseas clients in India. • Follow up of shipment related matters,involved in Commercial negotiations for buyer-seller. • To ensure business laws, including in Export-Import are complied with. • Involved in collecting & analyzing customer’s/competitor’s information, end user Industry information from various source, infrastructure projects in India, Indian Steel industry situation( price trends, demand/supply situation from local sources/imported sources), Contract negotiation & drafting with buyers, supplier. • Analyzing impact of Trade wars/trade barriers situation, including Geo political situation, foreign exchange fluctuations impact on business. • Involved in Contract negotiation , drafting of agreements, including “NDA” with regards to buyers, suppliers. • Responsible to ensure all financial monthly statements & other accounting standards-practices as applicable in India are prepared/complied
