IRS Tax Debt Resolution

$225/hr Starting at $1K

-- IRS Tax Debt Settlement: The service would include the preparation of back tax returns, corresponding and negotiating with the IRS to obtain an agreed upon settlement option. To avoid getting deeper in tax debt, taxpayers have several options. There are several settlement options available. Several ITS tax debt settlement options available are: - establishing a reasonable payment plan - obtaining IRS approval for the Currently Non-Collectable Status or CNC. This is when IRS tax debt is put on hold. The taxpayer would only have to begin paying the tax amount owed - if their income increases to a level that would enable the taxpayer to make payments to the IRS without creating a financial hardship. - An additional option is to file an Offer-In-Compromise with the IRS. If approved, This will permit the taxpayer to pay a lump sum portion of the tax debt owed. Once the lump sum amount has been paid, the tax debt will be considered paid in full. We also assist with requesting the removal of penalties and interest, federal tax lien removal, stopping wage garnishments...etc. We will correspond and negotiate with the IRS and other taxing authorities on behalf of our clients until their tax issues are completely resolved. The $1200 minimum budget is for the tax prep of no more than 3 years of tax returns and the establishment of a monthly payment plan with the IRS. Fees related to a CNC will range from $ 500 to $3500. Fees related to an Offer in Compromise will range from $ 1000 to 5000 Fees related to a monthly Payment plan only will range from $ 75 to $300
