A group of Palestinian youth gathered in the courtyard of Masjid al-Aqsa in occupied East Jerusalem, throwing stones at the police station. The Israeli police entered the Masjid al-Aqsa and intervened heavily with sound bombs and rubber-coated bullets. 

The Israeli police, who are positioned in groups in front of the gates of the Masjid al-Aqsa, fire at the people inside with rubber-coated bullets at intervals.

From time to time, clashes take place between the Israeli police, who closed the doors of the Masjid al-Aqsa, and the Palestinians gathered at the gates. At least one Palestinian has been detained in the events so far.

Responding to the injured, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that at least 9 Palestinians were injured in the intervention of the Israeli police.

Thousands of Muslims performed the morning prayer in Masjid al-Aqsa in occupied East Jerusalem.

Israeli forces raided the Masjid al-Aqsa after the morning prayer on Friday, April 15, and intervened with sound bombs, tear gas and rubber-coated bullets against the Palestinians. In the incidents, 152 Palestinians were injured and hundreds of them were detained. The intervention and the force used by the Israeli police against the people in the Masjid al-Aqsa had drawn reactions in the international arena.

At least 150 Palestinians were injured in the raid by the Israeli police, and around 400 Palestinians were detained.
