- 20 years experience in providing IT Management, Disaster Recovery, Strategy, Consultancy. - 1st/2nd/3rd line mutli-platform IT support for users and servers (remote and onsite). - Significant (20+ years experience) of hands-on setup/tear-down of systems in fast moving challenging environments - including temporary multi-user construction sites with/without electricity or availability of broadband). - A number of previous network topology planning and implementations in reasonably complex environments (serviced office complexes, traditional offices, VLANs). - Windows Server OS Installation (Windows 2000, 2003, 2008), backup, restore and disaster recovery planning/testing. - Microsoft Exchange Installation, backup and restore. - Active Directory topology setup, backup, restore (inc. replication and tidy-up of unavailable servers). - VMWare Workstation & ESXi - virtualisation of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, Redhat, CentOS). - Installation of Switches, Routers, WiFi, Firewall & VPN (SSL, PPTP, IPSEC) (DELL, Watchguard, Netgear, DLink, Draytek, Junpiter). - Disk (client and server) imaging and install imaging. - 25+ years Windows & Web software development -- Data analysis -- Data extraction and consolidation (ETL) -- Reporting and Spreadsheet design -- Automated import/export routines (scripted)
