Project/Program Management Skills applied: • To drive Pre-sales estimation and client negotiations based on high level requirements • Responsible to write the Statement of work – write, get it reviewed and sign off from client as per project charter • Carry out Project initiation – right from resource recruitment/allocation, team formation, address training needs gaps • Conduct and drive kickoff presentation to stakeholders and minutes of meeting • Do Project planning – High level, detailed WBS Microsoft project planning and buy-in from all stakeholders including the customer CXO’s. • Understand and Prepare communication protocol, drive the status call review meetings and share the status reports to all stakeholders • Identify the project risks, plan and monitor/mitigate the risks occurring during the entire duration of the project. • Execute and monitor the critical milestones right from detailed requirements gathering, design, test planning, development and testing as per customer needs. • Responsible and accountable for monitoring budgets, maintaining Super gross margin and scope of project • Conduct and collect data as per business needs and Go live as per planned dates per customer. • Review and monitor the post go live activities and ensure smooth running of the new system • Project Management documentation – all documents required for 100% audit compliance as per company standards • Build high performance team to get the best out of them without stressing • Proactive project management to deliver the best quality, within budget and schedule.
