For a government client, I managed the re-implementation of their public web site. I supervised a team of eighteen developers, analyzing and migrating content into a new look-and-feel, designing and developing a publishing tool for time-sensitive documents, a site publisher to ensure a consistent UI, implementing a third-party search solution, and design and implementation of a subscription e-mail solution directed at press releases. I was also responsible for ADA/Section 508 compliance, and still consult occasionally on site functionality and hosting issues. I was responsible for the Palm- and Web-based technology for a startup, managing budget and expectations and overseeing vendors. As part of this role I also presented to funding sources.

Seth was the most professional, courteous and knowledgable IT worker I've ever had the pleasure of working with! Seth was able to explain even the most complicated programming to this IT illiterate guy! Seth was patient and handled his work with true care! Thanks, Seth!
