7+ years of professional experience as an ITSM consultant including administration and implementation of ITSM tools like CA Service Desk Manager, CA PAM, CA Service Catalog, Service Now along with different ITSM related reporting analytics and designing tools like SAP Business objects, SAP Crystal reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Have work experience on ITIL Process consultancy for IT service management frameworks like ITIL V3 and different Quality management systems standards like CMMI, ISO 9000 etc. Have also worked in administration of different IT alerting systems like X-matters and Everbridge along with different organization in-house service management tools and platform like i-tracker and Envision. Process Consultant • Reviewing SOW of clients and then defining and implementing process setup as per the scope of work • Implementation of CMMI High Maturity in organization applicable projects. • Project categorization and complete process facilitation of Organization support related projects. • Performing process and quality audits in organization projects. • Risk management of different support account of organization • ITIL process Implementation and driving the continuous service improvements for different accounts related to ITIL process modules like Incident management, Request management , Problem management, Change management etc . ITSM Tools • Implementation and Administration Knowledge of CA technologies tools like CA Service desk Manager, CA Service Catalog, CA Process Automation, CA EEM • Implementation and Administration knowledge of Service Now different ITSM modules • B2B Integration knowledge of ITSM tool using functionalities like webservices and email integration • Administration knowledge of different IT alerting systems like X-matters and Everbridge Data Reporting and Analysis • Implementation and development knowledge of SAP business objects and Crystal reports • Implementation and development knowledge on SSRS reports
