• Job Specification: 
• Perform related duties as assigned by Principal>Administrator> Managing Director.
• Maintain compliance with all concern policies and procedures of college.
• Maintaining security at main gate.
• Make sure not to leave main gate without shift/job rotation. 
• Arrival timing for duty is 7:00AM Sharpley.
• Off time is normally 5:30 pm (with a condition to handover charge to watchman, if the watchman is late the security guard must wait for it).
• Must keenly observe each INN and OUT.
• It’s the duty of security guard to check suspicious lodges and bags, containers and other commodities.
• Must have to maintain logs for arrived and depart vehicles (have to check the vehicle both at entrance & exit).
• Must have to maintain and update visitor’s list on daily basis.
• Must coordinate the discipline committee and administrator in implementation of dress code/policy.
• It is responsibility of security guard to scan (via metal detector) everyone who enters the college. 
• Must have the ability and be capable to manage any sort of situation at the best level of his attempt.
• Must developed a strong and prompt communication with concern level of management (reports to criteria mention above).
•  Must take care of property of the college.
• Must follow rules and regulations of management and must show responsibility in efficient way to maintain gate passes.
