I have an experience with leading Kaizen events and projects. If you need to improve the work of your team or particular problem, we can do that. Timeline for a project is from 1 to 3 months, depending of the issue. It is not a full time occupations, as it has different phases- first one is data collecting, then there is a full week Kaizen event, then there is implementation phase and then we monitor the process(sustain phase)
