As an expert in the planning and design of research laboratories, I offer consulting services for architects and engineers (or the scientists themselves) in which I will meet with clients / users to develop detailed program narratives, room data sheets, equipment lists, and simple diagramatic sketches. These programs include basic performance requirements for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Services offered may include the complete project from inital programming and budget studies, through design, bidding, construction, occupancy and close-out. I have over 20 years of experience managing laboratory construction projects for universities and biomedical research facilities.
