- 3 + years of professional experience in contract, corporate and civil law including corporate law of GB, CY, Poland and some other countries
- Experience in drafting and reviewing of various contracts, statutory documents, maintaining of registration processes
- Cooperation and communication with a wide network of international law firms
- Assistance in developing and enhancing KYC policies and procedures
- Assistance in passing compliance for opening an account and establishing business relations with a new partner
