I had been successful in managing the entire Operations Division, Marketing Department and the IT Department of the previous local BPO company that I have worked with. I am versatile and hardworking when it comes to call center jobs and related functions. I am goal oriented and a team player.I was once call center agent (only 3 months), after which I was promoted as the project manager (1yr and 2 mos.), transferred to the marketing department as an Account Executive (2months) and was promoted again as the Operations Supervisor and later became the Manager.
