Provide Lean/Continuous Improvement assistance. Primarily will be instruction with projects of the students. Will cover, as needed: 5S, VSM, Kaizen, 7 Wastes, SMED, Kanban, Mura, Poka-Yoke. Will require some training of the Management. Travel and expenses will be actuals and not part of the Budget.
