Advise on the structuring of Offshore, Mainland, and Free Zone Companies. - Review/ edit drafts and negotiate agreements such as Shareholders Agreements, Nominee Agreements,Lease Agreements, Agency Agreements, Loan & Pledge Agreements, and Proxy and Dividend Mandates. - Prepare Wills, Legal Due Diligence Reports, Memos and Legal Notices. - Advice on legal matters related to Privacy and Data Protection, U.A.E. Commercial Companies law, Labor Laws, and Trademarks. - Prepare, review and draft contracts for International Organisations and NGOs. - Research on International Laws. - Prepare agreements such as Client/ Supplier Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, and NDAs. - Provide legal advice on Memorandum & Articles, Share Transfers, Intellectual Property Rights, Contract Disputes, and New Legislation.
