I worked as a Technical Support (Voice) in a BPO company under an Antivirus account. In this field, we are assisting our customers regarding any concerns related to our products. I learned to do multitasking and to work under pressure, which I believed that the qualities of a freelancer should have. I worked as well as a Technical Support Engineer for 2 years. I am handling support tickets from our employees who experienced problems from hardware to software issues.Maintenance of the file servers, Active Directories and IT asset management database are also my responsibilities. I also experienced handling client’s IT related requirement like an office network setup for their employees, computer system management like biometrics, CRM and CCTV.
