You are already strong, and I will guide you to find this strength in yourself by applying the coaching method, during which you will be heard, you will gain more confidence in your strength, and you will be able to be accountable for your decisions and plan your actions. I also have a bachelor's in s and use the knowledge gained in university in my coaching sessions.
