• Messaging & Collaboration Solution Designing, Deployment, Installation, Configuration, Technical consulting and Azure Infrastructure Solutions • Large scale Office 365 with Hybrid Deployment and Migration to office 365 from On premises Lotus notes and Exchange • Office 365 Administration and Deployment • Lotus Notes domino, Traveler, Blackberry, sametime Domino servers R8/R7/R6/R5 • Microsoft Exchange Online, Hybrid, Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013 • Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory • Email Message Hygiene/Filtering(Postini/EOP/third-party) • Knowledge in Migration tools such as Quest, Migration Wiz, and Binary Tree. • Strong understanding of identity management AD/O365 • Messaging automation with Microsoft PowerShell Scripting and automation • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) • Windows Azure Active Directory Sync (DirSync) • Knowledge of Windows Azure Platform services and Azure Platform deployment • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Unified Messaging • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
