Works in a consulting, planning, designing and implementation role for coalition loyalty programs for clients from different sectors including Hospitality, Medical, Automobiles, Retail, Luxury, FMCG, Leisure and Services. • Create acquisition and partnership strategies and Return on Investment (ROI) models, to develop the value proposition and program benefits to enhance overall member benefits & experiences. • Analyze the challenges faced by the business in sales, customer retention and repeat business growth, and map the customer journey to tap touchpoints to grow business volumes using Loyalty. • Position and promote the loyalty programs of Etihad and Jet Airways as a coalition loyalty solution for brands. Successfully signed up multiple new retail partners for the program over the last 2 years. • Lead and manage the loyalty team and allocate resources to achieve business objectives. • Build a robust pipeline of partners to build partnerships and sustainable volumes of miles as loyalty currency. • Contribute to innovation and development of existing and new products to grow the marketable portfolio. • Develop sales products and propositions to grow the loyalty partner acquisition. • Work closely with merchant partners to build customer engagement through marketing collateral, retail and B2B miles promotional offers which will increase the customer spend and grow the business. • Liaising with IT solutions partners to build a robust MIS reporting system and Point-of-Sale (POS) system for partners for capturing the loyalty business transactions. • Develop and maintain the client communication formats, product presentations, partner communication and standard operating procedures (SOP) as per Principal guidelines.
