Major central banks reduce emergency dollar loan offers
The world's leading central banks have been reducing the frequency of their dollar liquidity operations with the Fed since May. The development is seen as a clear signal that the crisis in banking has passed.
“These central banks are ready to readjust their supply of US dollar liquidity as market conditions require,” the ECB said in a statement.
