    Plant responsible for the deployment of a new IOS (Integrated Operating system).
In paralel with the deployment of the RTT (run to target) approach in the different production teams and departments, train the Regional Trainers on the system, create, deploy and document the standards for future implementations for the EU Region. Support the affiliate MT in decision making on future implementations, creation of standards in production, quality, engineering and project management.Plant responsible for the deployment of a new IOS (Integrated Operating system).

  • Line Lead: Testing, developing and deployment of a new MIS (Manufacturing Integrated system) within the tobacco industry. This new approach, aligned with the forecoming industry 4.0 revolution, is about integrating all of the elements of the manufacturing reallity (from safety to plan attainement, from Autonomous Maintenance to Maintenance Planning & Scheduling) into the standard work of the line's leadership team ensuring that their daily activities create value to the manufacturing team\equipments in a RTT (run to target) approach.

• Responsible for the Manufacturing, Internal Logistics, Maintenance and Facilities’ teams of the site. Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.Determine and ensure quality control standards, organise the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, liaising with buyers and sales staff.Ensure the energy and gas consumption, the delivery of CI saving targets and the smooth transition to sustainable and green materials.Responsible for the Manufacturing, Internal Logistics, Maintenance and Facilities’ teams of the site.
