Through hands-on experience, I have gained a great deal of knowledge that applies to this role, including Medical Coding, Following up, Debt resolution, Payment posting, Denial Fixation, EDI/ERA Enrollments and Appeals/Reconsideration and Negotiations along with Patient calling and much more. During my time in this field, I have worked on software like Collaborate MD, Advance MD, Athena, eClinicalWorks, HealthFusion, Practise EHR, Office Ally and Dr. Chrono. I have previously worked on In-Patient, Out-Patient, Emergency, Urgent care, Office, Surgical and Vision Claims. I am also quite good at MVA and Worker Compensations claims.
