Medical Segmentation from CT or MR, is highly important to organize surgery plan before operation. After segmentation of tumor, veins, organs or any vessels which demanded by Surgeon, I draw 3d Models of them. With this model I illustrate a scene (FBX file), which can surgeon view 360° of this model, also it's possible to zoom in/out. I also send a link from whatsapp to see this scene from cell phone. So this 360° view scene can easily shared with other doctors even patient. Its also possible to print separately all parts in scene with, 3d printer.(I will send STL files for this). Beyond surgery, this model is good for to get photo realistic renderings, or animations. This may be use full for papers or any academic works.
