I transcribe a variety of medical reports including history and physicals, operative reports, discharge summaries, consultations, EEGs, sleep studies, progress notes, and intraoperative monitoring reports. I typically will transcribe between 90 and 100 minutes of medical dictation in an 8-hour day. No job is too small. I am most available on weekends.
