Design of ventilation system as per ASHRAE 90.1 & 62.1. Duct designing using Equal friction and constant velocity methods as per SMACNA & DW-144. Duct ESP calculation for selection of fans, air terminals sizing, pipe sizing & pump head calculation for CHW system. Installation of HVAC system for DEWA substations including both mechanical and electrical services. Erection of district cooling plant and ETS rooms for Empower at various sites in Dubai. Erection of VRF/DX system for Villas and commercial buildings. Electrical System: - Design of Lighting circuit & power circuit & luminaires requirement using DiLux, Relux as per BS and DEWA. Preparation of load schedule, phase balancing, and phase distribution as per BS & IS. Voltage drop calculation, switchgear selection, short circuit calculation and Earthing for buildings Fire-Fighting System: - Design & installation of the sprinkler system and standpipe system as per NFPA 13 & NFPA 14. Pump head calculation and pump selection as per NFPA 20. Plumbing System: - Installation of water supply system (CCWS&R, CWS&R & HWS&R) & Drainage services. Installation of water supply, circulation and sump pumps. Computer skills: Hourly Analysis Program (HAP), MC QUAY Duct sizer, BETA Performance software, Elite, Dia Lux, Relux, Auto CAD (drafting), M-S Office, SOLID EDGE (modeling).
