Store Manager -Keeping align Store Operational activities according to the set rules by the company; Maintaining and setting Staff Schedule & Staff Targets- Daily/Weekly/Monthly; Dealing with all kinds of customer complains & Store/Staff Issues; Weekly Product & System Training to the subordinates; Daily, Weekly & Monthly Motivational activities; Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting to the Area/Operation Managers; Maintaining Customers Profile & Feedback; Weekly /Fortnight one on one talks with the subordinates.
