My design approach

Phase 1 : Discovery

My first step to design is a discovery session followed by research to gain understanding & knowledge of your business, market and users. I dig deep to know everything possible that will help us craft a better solution    

- I begin with understanding the company's vision and project goals

- Product's features & interface is mapped along with its competitors

- Understanding user's needs and their behaviour

Phase 2: Define

I will leverage data and insights from the discovery phase and converge ideas to create a roadmap to solve the problems and meet the goals

- Define the key performance indicators for the project

- Organize the content to intuitively guide users in performing a desired action seamlessly

- We map user journey that makes an experience genuinely satisfying for the users

Phase 3: Design

It's all about bringing ideas to tangible design. Mapping empathy and cognitive science to derive on a product that is not just usable but appealing as well.

- Simplify the story that specifically focuses on prioritization of content, functionalities and behaviours

- Give life to designs by adding visually appealing elements that evoke emotions

- Test the user interface by creating a usable mock-up for initial feedback
